• Operate the allocated forklift safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate and stack merchandise in designated storage areas, loading bays and operational areas.
• Apply logical reasoning and sound numerical skills when handling stock and completing operational tasks.
• Maintain a high level of attention and awareness to prevent injuries, damage and unsafe working conditions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Use basic computer applications confidently.
• Process transactions and operational tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage time effectively and follow established work processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate hand-eye-foot coordination, balance and spatial awareness, including the ability to judge weights, distances and heights accurately.
• Consistently comply with health, safety and operational requirements.
