Job summary

Kabstrading Co is seeking a diligent forklift operator to join our warehouse team in Klerksdorp. You will move, stack and locate merchandise, ensuring efficient, safe operations across loading bays and storage areas.

You must apply logical thinking, handle stock accurately, communicate clearly, and use basic computer applications to complete transactions and paperwork while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the allocated forklift safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate and stack merchandise in designated storage areas, loading bays and operational areas.
• Apply logical reasoning and sound numerical skills when handling stock and completing operational tasks.
• Maintain a high level of attention and awareness to prevent injuries, damage and unsafe working conditions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Use basic computer applications confidently.
• Process transactions and operational tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage time effectively and follow established work processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent hand-eye-foot coordination, balance and spatial awareness, including the ability to judge weights, distances and heights accurately.
• Consistently comply with health, safety and operational requirements.
