Job summary

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, performing pre-shift inspections, basic maintenance reporting, loading and unloading pallets, and strict adherence to safety protocols in a busy environment.

• Pre-Trip Inspections: Performing routine equipment checks (e.g., checking fluid levels and tire pressure) before every shift to ensure the forklift is safe to operate.
• Basic Maintenance: Performing minor upkeep and immediately reporting equipment malfunctions or necessary repairs to supervisors.
• Material Transport: Safely maneuvering forklifts and other industrial vehicles to move goods around warehouses, factories, or construction sites.
• Loading & Unloading: Packing, unpacking, and securing pallet-packed merchandise on or off tractor-trailers, shipping containers, and conveyor belt.
• Safety Protocols: Strictly following all occupational health and safety regulations to prevent accidents, spills, or injuries in high-traffic zones.
