Placements24 is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for a premier game lodge in Polokwane, South Africa. You will lead dining operations across the restaurant, bar, and private dining areas to ensure exceptional service and a memorable safari experience for guests.

About the Role

Our client, a premier game lodge, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage its dining operations in Polokwane . This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards in the restaurant, bar, and private dining areas, contributing to a memorable safari experience for guests. You will lead a team of F&B staff, manage inventory, control costs, and work closely with the culinary team to provide outstanding food and beverage offerings. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality and experience in managing F&B operations, preferably in a lodge or resort setting.
