Placements24 is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for a premier game lodge in Polokwane, South Africa. You will lead dining operations across the restaurant, bar, and private dining areas to ensure exceptional service and a memorable safari experience for guests.

As a hands-on manager, you will supervise F&B staff, manage inventory and costs, and work with the Executive Chef on menus and beverage lists. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within F&B.
• Experience in a lodge/hotel hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Train, schedule, and supervise bar and restaurant staff.
• Oversee inventory management for beverages and food supplies, including ordering and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in F&B outlets.
• Assist in developing menus and beverage lists in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
