Job summary

The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily activities across Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and functions. The role is second-in-charge to the F&B Manager and will lead front-of-house operations in their absence.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, a hospitality qualification, and a professional, service-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
