Career Custodians in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets within a luxury hotel, including restaurants, bars, room service and banqueting, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance.

You will manage the F&B team, oversee budgets and supplier relations, develop menus with the Executive Chef, maintain hygiene standards, and drive revenue growth through high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
