Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of current food trends and guest service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in George.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for menu development, staff management, quality control, and financial performance of the F&B department. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Manage and develop the F&B team, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and supervisors.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Control inventory, manage food and beverage costs, and ensure profitability of all F&B outlets.
