About the Role

Our client, a prominent and expanding force in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking a diligent and experienced FMCG Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at their facility in Upington, Northern Cape . This role is critical for ensuring the efficient and safe management of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse best practices, and specific experience within the FMCG industry. You will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, optimizing workflow, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, all contributing to the smooth functioning of our client's supply chain in the Northern Cape region. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role within the FMCG sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate forklift trucks and other relevant machinery (certification preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the operational environment in Upington, Northern Cape is beneficial.
• A valid driver's license is required.
