• Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory levels accurately, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement measures to prevent loss or damage.
• Liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

About the Role

This critical role involves managing all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and staff supervision to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will play a key part in optimizing workflows, implementing best practices, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity within the fast-paced fast-moving consumer goods supply chain. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the FMCG distribution warehouse, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
