Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar analytical role in FMCG is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvements.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for supply chain operations and monitor performance against targets.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize supply chain performance for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to optimize stock levels.
- Evaluate changes to transportation routes, warehouse strategies, and other logistics functions.
