Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Stores Supervisor in the Western Cape region. The role focuses on overseeing production stores, leading a team, ensuring GMP, HACCP and 5S adherence, and coordinating with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime. A strong FMCG background and process-control knowledge are essential.

The successful candidate will manage planning, quality documentation, and audits while driving productivity improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in FMCG environments.
• Strong understanding of process control and quality procedures.
• Knowledge of CIP, HACCP, GMP and food safety legislation.
• Ability to interpret MRP/production planning and OEE data.
• Familiarity with cleaning schedules and WI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service delivery to internal and external clients and ensure compliance with standards.
• Preplanning and communication of production plans; assist operators with deviations.
• Oversee startup, downtime management, and production losses; drive productivity improvements.
• Audit area and equipment; manage deviations and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation; ensure adherence to production and quality procedures.
• Lead audits, incident investigations and 5S implementation.
• Coordinate maintenance with engineering services and first-line support.
