Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production operators and line leaders to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out in accordance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor production lines, identify and address any inefficiencies or quality deviations promptly.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Manage production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet demand.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing development for existing team members.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and downtime, and report to management.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
