• 8+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance with FMCG exposure.
• Proven expertise in QMS, HACCP, GMP, ISO certifications.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) including HACCP, ISO, and GMP.
• Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee product testing, specifications adherence, and release processes for product integrity.
• Manage supplier quality programs and enforce raw material specifications.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory affairs for quality integration.
