Entyce is seeking a Production Team Leader at the Isando Coffee & Creamer Factory to drive safety, productivity, and quality. You will lead a team of about 40, align with the Manufacturing Manager, and ensure adherence to the production plan while managing costs and waste.

The role requires a strong background in FMCG production, safety management, and people leadership. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure high hygiene and quality standards across shifts.

Formación

• National Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in production within the FMCG industry.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a complex manufacturing structure and unionised environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production teams to meet daily shift targets as per SKU specifications.
• Ensure rapid response to equipment breakdowns and labour availability.
• Oversee pre-checks on machines and coordinate with support departments for top service.
• Track hourly production output and adherence to the production plan.
• Maintain high product quality standards and ensure first-time-right production.
