Placements24 seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead supply chain and distribution operations in Centurion, Gauteng. You will oversee all aspects of operational efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and managing warehouse logistics to meet high standards.

You will drive process optimization, cost control, and demand planning while building a high-performance team and maintaining compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• 5+ years in operations management in FMCG.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, including warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other external partners.
• Implement and utilize technology solutions to improve operational visibility and control.
