Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a qualification in Operations Management or related field is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment in Soweto.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities, including inventory tracking, order processing, and dispatch schedules.
Liaise with logistics partners to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting stock takes, and identifying discrepancies.
Prepare operational reports, including performance metrics and stock status updates.
