Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics planning, preferably FMCG.
• Proven experience in transportation management and carrier negotiation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistics planning software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly logistics plans to ensure timely delivery of FMCG products.
• Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and carriers, negotiating rates and ensuring SLAs.
• Monitor shipment progress and address delays or issues.
• Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, production and warehouse teams to align logistics with business needs.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, costs and KPIs.
• Manage flow of goods to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
• Implement and refine best practices in logistics planning for FMCG.
