Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Logistics Shift Controller at the Epping Mill in Cape Town. You will ensure timely staging and movement of materials, manage SAP transactions, and coordinate daily shift activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 2–3 years in inventory management, SAP proficiency, and ability to work 12-hour shifts in a FMCG manufacturing setting. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of inventory management experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• SAP literacy is essential; strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• FMCG/manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Basic leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are staged and supplied to machines on time.
• Manage material movements with quality and quantity accuracy.
• Handle SAP transactions and daily shift handovers.
• Count and adjust FG stocks and release to DHL with proper sign-offs.
• Oversee forklift operations and weekly cycle counts.
• Maintain safe, organized staging areas and counts
