Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• FMCG sector experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with transportation providers, negotiating rates and ensuring SLAs.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs forms, invoices).
• Monitor warehouse operations for efficient storage and dispatch.
• Resolve logistical issues such as delays, damages, or incorrect shipments.
• Collaborate with sales and procurement to ensure timely product availability.
