NDC Personnel seeks a capable laboratory manager to lead an analytical and microbiological lab within an FMCG setting. You will oversee all product testing from raw materials to finished products while guiding a team of skilled technicians.

The role requires a minimum relevant degree, 5+ years in a food manufacturing lab and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong HACCP/ISO 22000 or BRCGS knowledge.

Formación

• Minimum National Diploma or Degree in Biochemistry, Food Science, Analytical Chemistry or similar.
• 5+ years in FMCG food manufacturing lab environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience and knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 or BRCGS.
