Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in business/finance/economics.
• 7+ years in senior leadership or executive management.
• Proven experience leading operations and sales in a high-turnover FMCG environment.
• Strong budgeting, profitability, and financial controls knowledge.
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience with risk management and compliance.
• Experience driving transformation and continuous improvement.
