Job summary

Tiger Brands is hiring for an onsite General Worker at Isando. The role involves physical labour, lifting up to 25 kg, palletizing, and ensuring food safety and hygiene in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will work shifts, including weekends and overtime when required, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following PPE standards and safety protocols. Matric is required, and fitness for duty is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric (NSC) is the minimum education requirement.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in physical labour including lifting, carrying and moving loads up to 25 kg.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Stack and palletize finished cases on pallets; inspect materials and products for defects.
• Complete quality checks documents when necessary and observe safety procedures.
• Adhere to PPE standards and report safety risks.
