Monitor category performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management or a related role within the FMCG industry . Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and drive commercial agreements. Excellent understanding of retail and consumer dynamics within the FMCG sector. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
