Placements24 in Paarl is seeking enthusiastic FMCG Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients at promotional events, in-store activations, and consumer touchpoints around Paarl. You will create positive brand experiences, drive product trial and sales, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a charismatic, energetic personality, and enjoys engaging with the public.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, sales promotion, or customer service is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Charismatic, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required for events.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and its brands at promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activations.
• Engage directly with consumers, providing information about products, answering questions, and creating positive brand experiences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate product sampling.
• Drive product trial and encourage sales through persuasive communication and enthusiasm.
• Distribute promotional materials and collect consumer data and feedback.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on event logistics and campaign execution.
• Report on event outcomes, consumer feedback, and sales generated.
• Ensure product displays and promotional areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Stay knowledgeable about the client's products and competitive offerings.
