Job summary

TFG Limited in Western Cape, Somerset West, on-site, is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive store performance. You will mentor the store team, implement customer-centric service, and coach staff to meet KPI targets, including turnover and new accounts.

The role requires leadership, planning, and strong communication to deliver excellence. Ideal candidates have a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of retail experience with 1 year in store leadership, plus flexibility to work varied
