Job summary

TFG Limited in Gauteng is seeking a store associate to be the face of the brand, delivering welcoming customer experiences and assisting shoppers across our diverse home and lifestyle lines. You will drive sales while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has a Matric certificate and retail sales exposure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hospitality experience is a plus, and you will collaborate with a team to maintain store

Requirements:

A Matric certificate.

Previous sales experience in a retail environment.

Experience in the Hospitality Industry is an advantage.

Deliver top-tier service, navigate through customer challenges, whilst driving sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

The ability to take initiative.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
