Job summary

TFG Limited is hiring a Store Manager for @home Watercrest in Durban. The role focuses on driving turnover, controlling costs and leading staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage recruitment, development and performance, while executing merchandising standards across the store.

The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the company’s service strategy and optimizing operations in a fast-paced retail environment in Watercrest, Durban.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve targets.
• Control expenses and manage stock losses to align with company standards.
• Lead people management including recruitment, development and performance management.

• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard

• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
