Job summary

Manpower Sa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Floor Leader for Somerset Mall in Somerset West, Western Cape. You will oversee daily floor activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service on a fast-paced retail floor.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with a preference for previous retail supervisory exposure. Matric is required, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected.

We're looking for an entry-level leader for our clients Somerset Mall store to oversee daily floor activities, ensuring smooth operations and great customer service.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead by example on the sales floor, driving excellent customer experiences
• Support the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and service delivery
• Ensure floor standards, displays, and stock levels are maintained
• Step into a supervisory role during peak trading times
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
• Previous retail experience, ideally with some supervisory exposure- 3IC, 2IC, Key holder ect.
• A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions
• Enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about customer service

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
