Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in flight operations, dispatch, or airline operations coordination.
• Strong understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and air traffic control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all flight operations, ensuring optimal aircraft and crew utilization.
• Develop and disseminate flight plans, including route analysis, weather checks, and NOTAMs.
• Liaise with clients to confirm flight details, requirements, and special requests.
• Monitor flight progress and provide real-time updates to relevant parties.
• Manage crew duty times and rest periods in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft availability and address operational disruptions.
• Handle operational inquiries and resolve issues before, during, or after flights.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, ground handling, and other operational departments.
