Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Flight Dispatcher to join our operations centre in Welkom. You will plan and coordinate flight operations, monitor weather conditions, flight plans, and aircraft status, working closely with pilots, ATC, and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires a valid Flight Dispatcher license, a minimum of 3 years in flight operations, and solid knowledge of meteorology, navigation, and aerodynamics.

Qualifications

• Valid Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight operations or dispatch.
• Thorough understanding of aviation meteorology, navigation, and aerodynamics.
• Proficiency in flight planning software and systems.

• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
