The role requires decision-making under pressure, strong aviation/regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with flight planning tools, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in flight operations or dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and meteorology.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with flight planning software and comms systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and issue flight plans, considering factors such as weather, airspace restrictions, aircraft performance, and crew duty times.
