Placements24 is seeking an Aircraft Dispatcher to join the Rustenburg operations team. You will plan, monitor, and coordinate flight schedules to ensure safe and efficient operations in the North West province, with hybrid on-site and remote work as appropriate.

Responsibilities include weather analysis, fuel planning, weight and balance, and constant liaison with flight crews, maintenance, and ground support to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Aircraft Dispatcher License or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in flight planning and dispatch operations.
• Strong understanding of meteorology, aerodynamics, and air navigation.
• Excellent decision-making skills under pressure.
• Proficiency with flight planning software and communication systems.
