The ideal candidate has a PDP, a clean Code 10+ license, at least 4 years of driving experience in fleet/logistics, and solid communication skills to work with dispatch and management.

• Minimum 4 years of verifiable professional driving experience, ideally in fleet/logistics.
• Experience with route planning software and ELDs.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Physically fit for driving and logistics duties.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model balancing on-road and admin tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and safety standards.
• Plan and execute daily delivery routes with timely stops.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage delays and rerouting as needed.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report defects.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and hours.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules and minor repairs.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Ensure goods are delivered securely and intact.
• Support route optimization by providing feedback on traffic patterns.
