Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet supervision or operations management.

• Proficiency in fleet management software and general office applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations, including driver assignments, route coordination, and dispatch management.
• Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced by coordinating with the maintenance department.
• Respond promptly to operational disruptions, such as vehicle breakdowns or traffic issues, and implement solutions.
