Qualifications

• Proven administrative or office support experience.

• Familiarity with fleet management principles is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in Centurion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs for the fleet.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and licensing.
• Monitor driver logs and ensure compliance with driving hours regulations.
• Process invoices related to fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
