Qualifications

• Experience in fleet administration or related logistical support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Maintain records of vehicle registrations, licenses, and insurance.
• Monitor driver logs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Liaise with external vendors for parts, services, and vehicle acquisitions.
