Qualifications

Proven experience as a Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and automotive repair tools.
Ability to interpret repair manuals and technical specifications.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on fleet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, fluid inspections).
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in cars, trucks, and light commercial vehicles.
Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify engine, transmission, and system issues.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Order and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
