Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fleet Maintenance Technician or Automotive Mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to vehicle mechanics and electronics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on each vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle maintenance.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for repairs.
