Job summary

Edge Executive Search Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily vehicle operations, optimise fleet utilisation and ensure legal compliance. You will coordinate allocations, monitor movements and lead a small team to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management or logistics.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of fuel management and fleet management software.
• Good understanding of vehicle legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet activities and vehicle allocations.
• Optimise fleet utilisation to support operational priorities.
• Monitor vehicle movements and maintain fleet records.
• Manage preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Ensure roadworthiness and legal compliance of all vehicles.

• Support cost-saving initiatives and budget management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
