Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
• Experience in seasoning, spice blending, or flavour manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience in a B2B food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are followed to meet customer order deadlines.
• Monitor production output and adjust workflows to improve efficiency.
• Support the coordination of raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources.
• Assist in managing production lines for seasoning blends, flavour compounds, and related products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product specifications.
