Qualifications

• Proven experience in fitness centre management or a similar leadership role within the health and fitness industry.
• Strong understanding of fitness principles, exercise programming, and equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, and member retention strategies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in fitness management software and CRM systems.
• Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., Personal Trainer certification) are a plus.
