Job summary

Placements24 in Randburg is seeking a motivated Fitness Centre Supervisor to oversee daily operations and member services at our facility. You will manage fitness staff, assist members with journeys, and ensure clean, safe equipment and premises.

The successful candidate will hold CPT or relevant fitness qualification, with supervisory experience and strong leadership and communication skills. First Aid/CPR is required, and you will contribute to member engagement and centre safety in a dynamic

About the Role

This position is key to ensuring a positive and safe fitness environment for all members. You will be responsible for managing fitness staff, assisting members with their fitness journeys, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the fitness equipment and premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness instruction and management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting health and wellness within the community.
