Placements24 is seeking enthusiastic and certified Gym Instructors to join our Randburg fitness team. You will guide members to achieve goals, deliver personalized training sessions, and ensure a safe, inviting gym environment.

Responsibilities include fitness assessments, designing workouts, and offering exercise and nutrition advice. Part-time role with flexible hours, competitive hourly wage plus commission, and access to facilities. CPR/First Aid and national PT certification required.

Competenze

• Certification as Personal Trainer; CPR/First Aid required.
• Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
• Experience as gym instructor or trainer preferred.

About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and certified Gym Instructors to join their vibrant fitness team in Randburg . In this role, you will guide and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals, provide personalized training sessions, and ensure a safe and positive gym environment. You will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, designing customized workout plans, and offering expert advice on exercise and nutrition. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about fitness to build their client base and contribute to member success within a supportive fitness community in Gauteng .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with new and existing members.
• Design and implement personalized training programs based on individual member goals and needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness objectives and maintain consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting gym floor environment.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (e.g., REPSSA, ACE, NASM).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Previous experience as a gym instructor or personal trainer is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• A strong passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
