About the Role

Our client, a thriving fitness and wellness facility in Benoni, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced and motivated Fitness Centre Operations Manager. This key role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the fitness centre, ensuring the delivery of exceptional member services, operational efficiency, and a positive environment for staff and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the centre remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Fitness Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., REPSSA) are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing a fitness centre or health club, with proven success in operations and sales.
