About the Role

Our client, a high-end fitness and wellness facility in the picturesque town of Stellenbosch, Western Cape , is seeking an experienced and dynamic Fitness Centre Manager . This key leadership role is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the fitness centre, including staff management, member acquisition and retention, program development, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness centre, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.

• Manage the centre's budget, control expenses, and drive revenue through various services and programs.
• Create and schedule a diverse range of group fitness classes and personal training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations.
• Manage inventory, including fitness equipment maintenance and supply ordering.
• Foster positive relationships with members, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the fitness centre and its services.
• Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative fitness programs and services.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Fitness Management, Sports Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness industry management, with a proven track record of success.
