About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Fitness Centre Director to lead their premier health and fitness facility located in Centurion, Gauteng . This senior management position requires a dedicated professional with a passion for health, wellness, and operational excellence. The Director will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, day-to-day management, and financial success of the fitness centre. This includes overseeing all aspects of operations, staff leadership, program development, sales and marketing, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fitness industry, with strong business acumen and the ability to drive growth and member satisfaction in a competitive market.
