Qualifications

• SA CAA ATPL is required.
• Boeing 737 type rating.
• Minimum 1500 total flight hours.
• MCC certificate is required.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as First Officer on Boeing 737 aircraft, supporting the Captain in all flight operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation in line with policies and regulations.
• Perform pre-flight inspections and review aircraft systems.
• Coordinate with CRM to maintain clear communication and teamwork.
• Monitor flight progress, weather, and ATC instructions.
• Respond to abnormal situations following procedures.
• Complete flight documentation accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with ground crew, dispatchers and cabin crew for smooth operations.
• Participate in recurrent training and simulator sessions to maintain proficiency.
• Contribute to a safety-conscious flight deck environment.
