Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Engagement Specialists across Gauteng with a focus on high performance.
• Translate regional strategy into priorities, resource allocation and measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with wholesalers, corporate pharmacy groups and other stakeholders to drive joint business plans.
• Drive profitable growth while ensuring compliance with Bayer policies and local regulations.
