Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an experienced Technical Sales professional to develop new business opportunities for fire detection, fire alarm and gas suppression systems. You will design compliant protection solutions, prepare quotations, and ensure project handovers to operations.

The role involves site surveys, risk assessments, tender preparation, and client presentations across sectors. A strong sales record and knowledge of SANS standards are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience in fire protection.
• Experience with fire detection and gaseous fire suppression systems.
• Certifications in fire detection or gas suppression are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, mining, healthcare, data centre and logistics sectors.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documentation; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments and build compliant system proposals.
• Liaise with project managers and technicians for smooth handovers and commissioning.
